Financial Planning clearly explained
Steve, Financial planning for anyone outside of the industry is a minefield in that we can not be expected to fully understand all the products available. Clients need genuine independent advice which we can use to base a decision upon and for me, the advice needs to be accompanied with a laymans' explanation which is exactly what you have always provided. Trust is also a major issue as I have little time for the typical suits who sell financial products and have found that you have genuinely had my best interests at heart when recommending services. Never have I thought that you have pushed me down a route to my detriment just because it offered the best commission rates for you and this trust is fundamental to me choosing to continue to work with you.
